Vega Breakfast Challenge

Over the last week, I have tried four different flavors of the Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer: Vanilla Chai, Chocolate, Natural, and Very Berry. This was part of the Vega Breakfast Challenge to compare the Whole Food Health Optimizers with my usual breakfast.

My favorite by far was the Vanilla Chai flavor. It didn’t taste like a Vanilla Chai drink you would get at a coffee shop. It had a vegetable taste in general with a hint of the Vanilla Chai.

My least favorite flavor was chocolate.

Compared to my normal breakfast of a Kashi cereal, the Vanilla Chai rated much better:

This morning, I tried the berry flavor.

Normally, I would have had some yogurt and preserves, which was hard to calculate, so I chose a general non-fat yogurt with fruit to compare.

Overall, I did miss eating something for breakfast, but these did fill me up too (thanks to the protein and fiber).
